Project Details
DOVA (Document OCR Vision Agent) helps organizations transform unstructured documents into structured, actionable data through OCR, AI-powered extraction, validation workflows, prompt-based models, and seamless system integrations. The platform is designed to reduce manual processing, improve data accuracy, and streamline document-driven operations across organizations.
Design System
To support the growth of DOVA, I built a comprehensive design system from the ground up. The system defines core design foundations, reusable UI components, and interaction patterns, creating a unified experience across dashboards, OCR workflows, validation processes, and future mobile applications. This scalable framework improved design consistency, accelerated product development, and established a strong foundation for the DOVA ecosystem.
From Concept to Brand Identity
The DOVA logo was designed to visually represent the connection between document processing and intelligent recognition. By merging elements of a search icon and document structure, the mark reflects how DOVA transforms unstructured files into actionable information. The minimal design and carefully selected color palette reinforce the platform's focus on accuracy, efficiency, and modern AI-powered technology.
Things I Did
As the Design Owner of DOVA, I designed core product experiences including the Dashboard, Fusion OCR, Azure OpenAI Batch OCR, Prompt Model, Prompt Generator, Validation System, and User Management modules. My role involved defining user flows, creating consistent UX patterns, and ensuring a seamless experience across complex AI-powered document processing workflows.
I am currently leading the design of the DOVA responsive mobile, bringing the platform's document intelligence experience to mobile devices.
